About the Job

As part of the Revival House team, you’ll help create a warm, energetic, and memorable experience for every guest. You’ll provide attentive service, make thoughtful recommendations, and work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly, attentive, and personalized service
• Learning our beverage menu and steps of service so you can confidently answer questions and make recommendations
• Using the Toast point-of-sale system to enter orders, process payments, and maintain accuracy
• Supporting teammates and assisting in other areas as needed
• Addressing guest feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and strong presentation standards
• Following our employee code of conduct to support a safe, respectful, and positive workplace
