Job Description


  • Greet guest promptly and take beverage and food orders in a friendly, professional manner.

  • Provide recommendations for drinks, food, and special offers, ensuring personalized guest experience.

  • Always maintain approachable and positive attitude toward guests.

  • Deliver food and drinks to guests quickly and accurately.

  • Ensure that all orders are delivered to the correct guests and that any special requests are fulfilled.

  • Monitor guests’ needs, checking in periodically to ensure satisfaction.

  • Upsell drinks, food items, and special promotions to increase sales.

  • Maintain knowledge of the casino’s menu, specials, and seasonal offerings to inform guests.

  • Accurately process payments, including cash and credit transactions, following casino procedures.

  • Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including clearing empty glasses, plates, and debris from tables and surrounding areas.

  • Ensure that all service items, including trays, glassware, and utensils, are clean and ready for use.

  • Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure seamless service experience.

  • Assist other servers or staff members during busy times to ensure timely service.

  • Verify that all guests are of legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.

  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with casino policies and state regulations.

  • Assist in restocking supplies, including napkins, straws, and garnishes, to ensure the bar and service areas are always prepared.

  • Keep an eye on inventory and communicate with the team to ensure supplies are sufficient.

  • Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Escalate issues to management as necessary, ensuring guest satisfaction is prioritized.


    • Requirements


    • Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.

  • Experience working in a casino or bar environment is a plus.
