The targeted hiring range for this position is $11.54 - $15.07 per hour depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Key Responsibilities:
Available to work Wednesday - Saturday evenings.
2 years of customer service and cash handling experience preferred; Strong communication skills; Basic computer skills and experience with POS Systems (preferred); Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail for accuracy and efficiency; Friendly, cooperative, and adaptable; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize effectively; Eagerness to learn and maintain product knowledge through ongoing education.

Red Wing Shoe Company was built on America’s great promise; if one worked hard enough, one could achieve anything. In 1905, Mr. Charles Beckman founded the Red Wing Shoe Company.
