¿Te gusta cocinar y trabajar en equipo? En Goddard Catering Group buscamos un/a Cocinero/a Jr para nuestro servicio gastronómico en Riogas.

Tu misión: elaborar el menú diario con calidad, respetando recetas, porciones y las normas de seguridad alimentaria.

Qué vas a hacer:

• Preparar el menú del día: minutas, tartas, guarniciones, ensaladas y postres.
• Armar y reponer la línea de servicio, cuidando la presentación de los platos.
• Respetar recetas, gramajes y la correcta rotación y fechado de la materia prima.
• Mantener la cocina y los utensilios limpios y ordenados.
• Colaborar en el control de inventario y en la atención al cliente en la línea.
• Cumplir las normas de Seguridad Alimentaria (HACCP) y participar en el sistema de gestión Lean.

Qué buscamos:

• Experiencia en cocina, idealmente en servicios gastronómicos o comedores.
• Se valoran ciclo básico completo y cursos de cocina o gastronomía.
• Dinamismo, iniciativa, orden y tolerancia a la presión.
• Orientación al cliente y buena disposición para el trabajo en equipo.

Horario: 13 a 21 h, régimen 5,5x1,5.
