En Novotel Valencia Lavant (hotel 4★ de recién apertura en Valencia) seguimos ampliando equipo de cocina. Buscamos cocinero/a con energía, orden y pasión por el servicio, para incorporarse a un proyecto nuevo con oportunidades reales de crecimiento.
Trabajarás en una cocina dinámica con buffet de desayuno, banquetes y eventos, room service y la cocina del Skybar, en coordinación con el equipo de sala y jefatura de cocina.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
Elaboración y mise en place según fichas técnicas y estándares de calidad.
Producción y reposición de buffet de desayunos (picos de ocupación, ritmo alto).
Producción y servicio de banquetes/eventos.
Servicio en Skybar: carta ágil, emplatado cuidado y coordinación con barra.
Cumplimiento de higiene, APPCC, trazabilidad y gestión de alérgenos.
Realización de pedidos y control de mermas.
Experiencia previa demostrable como cocinero/a en restaurante o colectividades.
Buen manejo de partida y ritmo de servicio.
Orden, limpieza, trabajo en equipo y orientación a calidad.
Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos (según operativa).
