The Cobrand Credit Card team is seeking a highly motivated technology enablement manager. The Cobrand Enablement Manager will manage technology strategy, planning and deployment for the cobrand portfolio serving as the key technology advisor to the Cobrand business-line and represents the ever-evolving technology needs of the program to other internal teams as well as external vendor and partner teams.
The Cobrand Enablement Manger caretakes for all facets of the technology that underpins, enables and powers our customer Cobrand partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
• Collaborates with Partner and product leadership teams to develop and maintain Cobrand product features, technology roadmaps, implementation plans, estimation efforts, scheduling, and delivery approaches aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Leads end-to-end partner integration activities from concept to execution through technical consulting and relationship management.
• Serves as liaison between internal teams (engineering, sourcing, product, business, strategy) and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Guides engineering and production support teams to resolve production issues as required.
• Has a thorough understanding of industry trends and various partner integration models to help drive improvements and efficiency to the cobrand technology package.
• Performs initial technical “due diligence” for prospective vendors and partners; and oversees the vendor onboarding process as required.
• Assists with business development activities including RFP responses, partner onboarding and relationship management activities.
• Support technical solutioning including “proofs of concept”, “limited rollouts / pilots” and helping to gather feedback necessary to validate and measure success
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of related experience in product management, payments, or financial services
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience: Prior payments and Cobrand experience
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively to a wide audience.
- Client-Facing Experience: Experience in managing client expectations and delivering positive client experiences in a professional environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in connecting, designing and developing technology processes and tools for large-scale customer acquisition and portfolio management efforts. Ability to develop and deliver technical requirements to responsible execution teams. Technically minded with business savvy.
- Product Management: Un derstanding of market needs and how to design products and features to meet those needs
- Project Management: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously and on time/budget.
- General: Proactive, results-oriented, organized and driven
Location Expectations
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $126,820.00 - $149,200.00
