Priority consideration will be provided to internal applicants first. Applicants with previous agricultural or production experience will be considered preferred. Applicants must reside in the United States to be considered for an interview.
Requirements: Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months. If applicant has been laid off or providing child or elder care, the employment gap will be increased to 18 months. Previous work history will not apply to applicants who have been full time students consecutively for the last 36 months.
Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.

Essential DutiesandResponsibilties

Thesemaintainmain employee center, including floors,walls, windows and dusting /cleaning shelves and desksin ordertoensure everything is kept in a clean,sanitaryand orderly condition, order supplies,maintaininventory and help with the storage building (35%).
Regular attendance and timelinessisrequired
Thesemaintainboth the clean and dirty side of the shower rooms, including (but not limited to): filling nailbrushs, shampoo, soap, cleaning bathroom,showersand shower curtains. (15%)
Other Duties, Responsibilities, and Activities:
These may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice, such as:Maintain and assist with housekeeping standards in the working areas;inspect birds to determine quality and progress by weighing birds weekly; sanitation ofstorage areas, breakroom, boot rooms, equipment, and vehicles,cleaning incinerators;moving birds, grounds-keeping and organizing breeder tags; properly euthanize selected or weak/ill birds in accordance with company policy; operate a high pressure and regular water hose, maintains foot pans and hand sanitizer, maintains a clean and organized work area. (10%)

Thejobsiteis abiosecureenvironment which requires showering,changing clothing and footwear before entering the facility. Appropriate clothing and footwearisprovided by the Company. Nojewelry may be worn on the jobsiteexcept formedical IDjewelry and body piercings covered byappropriate clothing Must bewilling to sign an agreementto avoid any avian species (chickens, ducks, birds, etc.). Must be willing to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity and Company Animal Welfare Guidelines.
