ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:

• Ensure that proper start-up, shut-down, and trouble-shooting procedures are being followed.
• Operatespaintlinetoincludestartup,operation,andshutdown.
• Operateswastewatertreatmentsystemtoincludestartup,operation,andshutdown.
• Operatesauxiliarysystemsincluding,butnotlimited to,ROwatersystemsandboilers.
• Collectsamples,analyzes,andadjustscoatinglineprocessparametersusinglabequipment.
• Collectsamples, analyzes,andadjusts wastewater system parameters to ensure wastewater iswithin permit limits.
• Monitorse-coatprocesspressuresandflowsandchangesfiltersasnecessary.
• Chartsprocessanalysisresultsandentersintorequiredspreadsheets.
• Participatesinrequiredtankmaintenance.
• Maintains, calibrates, standardizes, and cleans lab equipment to maintain an operational neat and clean lab environment.
• Cleansandmaintainse-coatandwastewaterequipmentarea.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

• High School Diplomarequired
• Technical / Mechanical Diploma / Degree orCertificatestronglypreferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL TRAINING:

• 3-5 years Manufacturing Experience Required
• 3-5 years in a technical role involving hard coating, painting, and/or vacuum metalizing or vacuum plasma processing.
• Robotics andcontrolsexperience would be an asset.
• Thorough understanding of coating processes and defect analysis.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, clean roomenvironmentsand fluid handling equipment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes and machinery

Pay range: $25.21 - $28.16 per hour
