As aCoating Technicianyou willbe an integral part of the operations team delivering a quality product safely. Co-ordinate and deliver to plan to meet businessneedswhile ensuring all relevant controls and requirements are in place effectively.Develop and implementprocesswhererequiredand support across the functions.

As aCoating Technician, you willbe responsible for

• Workacross the functions toaplan and monitor activities to support and executeeffectively

• Taking ownership of all Coatingactivities to ensure our products and services meetbusiness andcustomer requirements

• Be compliant andalignedwithcompetency, training, and capacity to meet businessand customerrequirements

• Support theOperations teaminKPI's toanalyseand measure performance toassistwithimprovements and action plans

• Following and implementingcompliance to all internal and external procedures and legislation

• Collaborating with cross-functionalteamswhererequiredtoalign and support deliverables while sharing lessons learned

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have proven experience incoating processes

• Show experience ofcollaborationwithin an operational and matrixenvironment

• Be able to show good problem-solving, processimprovementand analytical skills

• Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders

• Have excellent written, reporting and presentation skills

• Demonstrating good basic computer skills to support production reporting, documentation, and system updates.
