Job Description

The Coater utility acts as a “floater” for the coating line – fillin forpositions when employees are absent, cover employees’ positions during break times,assistwith housekeeping, and provide leads andsupervisor withassistanceas requested.

This position will be night shift (Monday-Thursday 7p-7a).

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill in at position if an employee is absent

• Empty trash cans in department as needed

• Make boxes for waste and recyclable materials

• Strap broken sew-on cores for disposal

• Provide scheduled breaks for the sew-on and console positions

• Perform specific autonomous maintenance tasks

• Assistcoater leads and supervisor with line stoppages

• Train employees as necessary

• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure

• Ability to solve practical problems

• Ability to read and understand documents such as SOPs and Safety Data Sheets

• Ability to communicate effectively withleads and supervisor
