In this role, you'll:
Act as the first point of contact for asset and precinct-related matters, coordinating maintenance and operational activities, supporting issue resolution, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and contributing to improved asset performance and operational outcomes across NSW Maritime.
You will help build stronger operational processes, improve customer responsiveness, and drive maintenance efficiencies in a dynamic, community-facing environment that spans diverse locations, varied operational challenges, and complex stakeholder needs.

About you
Your strong communication, stakeholder engagement and operational coordination skills -developed through experience in infrastructure, asset management, customer service, compliance or public sector service delivery - will enable you to navigate complex operational issues, contribute to improved maintenance outcomes, and support integrated service delivery that ensures safe, reliable and compliant maritime precinct operations.
You are recognised as a trusted relationship builder, skilled at coordinating responses, maintaining situational awareness and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. You also bring experience in asset management practices, customer issue resolution, service delivery environments, and working within regulatory or government frameworks.
You’ve worked across coastal or civil infrastructure maintenance, and you’re very hands on when it comes to managing assets. You’re comfortable navigating complex environments and keeping things running safely and smoothly.
