Our business unit Training operates internationally and provides a wide range of services for the automotive industry.

We are currently looking for a

Coach/Training Expert Aftersales Automotive for the Polish market (freelance basis)

Your role and scope of duties:

• Executing after sales trainings and coachings at the dealership for a designated automotive customer on a freelance basis throughout Poland

Your qualifications:

• Practical experience in a sales/after sales role in the automotive sector and knowledge of all relevant dealership processes with strong focus on after sales processes and KPIs
• Well-developed training skills and experience in conducting coachings and trainings in the automotive sector
• Skills in dialog reception, customer care, appointment scheduling, workshop organization, after sales marketing, KPIs
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing), persuasive power, assertiveness and ability to challenge processes and facts
• Good English skills (B2) besides your mother tongue (Polish)
• Excellent presentation skills to address small to large audiences considering didactical, methodical and training strategic basics
