We are looking for our new star Sales Coach to train, develop and coach a team of fundraisers!
In this role you would be actively looking for new monthly donations for our client organization and teaching new team members by example. The assignment includes coordinating salespeople, location planning as well as sales.
Tasks and responsibility:
Sales and leading by example
Coaching new and existing fundraisers
Location planning and scheduling
Creative and independent planning and execution of work, collaboration with the team
Regional sales development
Working as freelance/entrepreneur or light entrepreneur
Assignment is full-time, 5 days per week
Who are we looking for:
Track record of face-to-face / door-to-door fundraising or sales
Entrepreneurial mindset
Open to mutual new ways of working and learning
Quality and results oriented
Car and driver's license is a plus
Fluent in English, Finnish and Swedish is a plus
Pay:
- Fixed consultation monthly + personal commissions and bonuses + success fees based on team results. Total earnings target 2500 - 4000 euros, with possibility to develop higher entrepreneurial targets.
