Join Skechers! We’re looking for a passionate Co-Store Manager to help lead our team at Brisbane DFO store!

Working closely alongside with another Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving store performance, coaching and developing the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail leader ready to take the next step in their career with a globally recognised footwear brand!

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or experienced retail leader, with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance.
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A growth mindset, with the ambition to progress into Store Manager or senior leadership opportunities.
• Strong coaching skills and a passion for building engaged, high-performing teams.
• Excellent operational knowledge across visual merchandising, stock control and store presentation.

Sales & Service

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, added value, UPT and overall store performance.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales.
• Connect with customers and share your knowledge of our world-famous Skechers products.

Coaching & Leadership

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team.
• Create a fun, energetic and supportive team culture through hands-on leadership.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Step up and take ownership of store operations when required.

Store Operations

• Support day-to-day store operations, prioritising and delegating tasks effectively.
• Monitor business performance, celebrate wins and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain high standards across wage control, shrinkage, visual merchandising and stock accuracy.
• Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
