Aufgaben

Unsere Schulführung ist im Kollegialitätsprinzip organisiert. Sie verfügt über zwei Führungsorgane, das Steuerungsteam der Schulleitungskonferenz und die Schulleitungskonferenz (SLK). Beide Teams haben zugewiesene Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortungen und fällen ihre Entscheidungen als kollegiales Führungsteam.

  • Als Co-Schulleiter/in sind Sie verantwortlich für die pädagogische und organisatorische Führung der Sereal im Schulhaus Chapf.
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Pädagogische und personelle Führung des Lehrerteams
  • Unterstützen des Teams und einzelner Lehrpersonen im Schulalltag
  • Standort Budget und Controlling
  • Mitarbeit im SLK-Team der Gesamtschule Windisch
  • Initiieren, Umsetzen und Mittragen von gesamtschulischen Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Verantwortlich für ein noch zu bestimmendes Ressort

Anforderungen

  • Schulleitungsausbildung oder Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren
  • Sehr gute pädagogische Kenntnisse durch Tätigkeit im schulischen Bereich
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Schulentwicklung liegt Ihnen am Herzen
  • Lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrpersonen, Eltern, SLK und Schulverwaltung
  • Ausgezeichnete Selbstkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit, verbunden mit einer Portion Gelassenheit und Humor
  • IT-Affinität erforderlich
