The Opportunity

Build the Future with Us – You’ll join WSP’s Talent Acquisition Coordination team as a Co‑op, supporting our mission to deliver outstanding talent solutions across Canada. This is your chance to contribute to meaningful work that shapes WSP’s future workforce.

A Role that Matters – You’ll collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition specialists and hiring managers, gaining hands‑on experience with recruitment operations, compliance, and process excellence.

Your Impact

In this Co‑op role, you will:

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition specialists and hiring managers to coordinate interviews and hiring workflows.
  • Create and launch new hiring requisitions in Oracle Recruiting Cloud for the Global Capability Centre.
  • Conduct audit and quality‑control checks on open requisitions to ensure alignment with WSP’s Global Employee Value Proposition.
  • Guide internal stakeholders on compliance with talent acquisition processes and policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and support operational excellence.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries, delivering a client‑focused experience.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Currently enrolled in a recognized co‑op undergraduate program in Human Resources or related field.
  • Interest in talent acquisition, HR, and business operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with applicant tracking systems is an asset.
  • Resourceful, energetic, eager to learn.
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is required.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $20.00 – $30.00/hour
MB & ON: $18.50 – $28.00/hour
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $17.50 – $28.00/hour
