What's in it for you?
Role Purpose
Provide essential administrative support for the Global Quality Department and Corporate Quality Leadership Team.
Major Responsibilites & Activities
Provide Executive Assistance / Support to the Corporate Quality Leadership Team and site Quality teams.
Complete monthly quality reports, i.e. BIC/MQR, Sr. Ops, Quarterly BOD, which will require internal, & customer data management as well as interface with all identified customer champions. Not only gathering data for these reports but also validating the data is logical and accurate.
Maintain / Update IATF and OPEX Sharepoint , perform backup role for customer portals, coordinate on-site training courses and track global quality teammate training completion. Create and submit invoices to accounts payable.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications, Formal Education, Certification or Equivalent
Strong computer/presentation skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Ability to learn internal system processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time with ability to set priorities
Strong personnel, administrative, organizational & planning abilities – ability to deal in conflict resolution situations
Ability to coordinate, influence and complete activities that require cross discipline interface
Candidate must be flexible with strong communication skills, a good listener
Ability to compose correspondence with minimal guidance
Detail oriented with ability to demonstrate accuracy
Self-starting, strong initiative and proactive
