CO-OP, NEW VENTURES PROGRAMS & COMMUNITY

The Role

Fidelity Labs is seeking a Co-op, New Ventures Programs & Community to join our New Ventures team. In this role, you'll help support programs and initiatives that fuel the next generation of businesses built at Fidelity Labs. You'll work closely with Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs), venture leaders, and cross-functional partners to coordinate programs, foster collaboration, and build communities that help new ideas thrive.

The Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Fidelity Labs' Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) program.
• Assist with workshops, networking events, ideation sessions, and other programs designed to cultivate new business opportunities.
• Help coordinate cross-functional collaboration across venture teams, business partners, and subject matter experts.
• Support community-building initiatives that connect entrepreneurs, innovators, and teams across Fidelity.
• Assist with communications, presentations, and program materials for New Ventures initiatives.
• Help identify and organize research, insights, and trends that inform future venture opportunities.
• Track program activities and help improve participant experiences through feedback and operational support.
• Support event planning, logistics, and stakeholder engagement for New Ventures programs and activities.
• Contribute to special projects that help shape the next cohort of business ideas for Fidelity Labs including Demo Day and Hackathons.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Previous internship, co-op, campus leadership, or relevant work experience preferred; candidates should have completed at least one prior internship or co-op experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, innovation, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience planning events, student organizations, or community-building initiatives preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

The base salary range for this position is $20 - $32 per hour.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
