  • Strong command of written and spoken English in a business context.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint – being able to quickly and effectively derive insights from data and produce compelling slides
  • High proficiency in commonly available AI tools: e.g. effective prompt design for research, slide and spreadsheet creation, copywriting, brainstorming

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior internship experience in management consulting, strategy & transformation or business management, preferably within financial services or the life insurance industry; demonstrated success solving complex business problems in demanding environments and collaborating with top-tier talent.
  • Any extra-curricular activities that showcase the above skills and general proactiveness would be a plus.
  • Fluency in an Asian language is preferred

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
