Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall administrative support for the Human Resources Department.
  • Support the HR team with new hire day-one onboarding activities, including ensuring proper completion of I-9s and new hire paperwork.
  • Assist with quality checks to ensure proper storage of employee documents in the correct systems.
  • Support with general employee file maintenance.
  • Assist the HR team with recruiting coordination, including candidate outreach and interview scheduling.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employment verification calls, providing timely and professional support.
  • Act as a key user for function related administration systems, and liaise with IT or functional Information Management, if required.

Your Qualifications

  • High school diploma and currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
  • Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle telephone calls, emails, and in-person requests in a professional manner.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Prior SAP experience is appreciated.
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
