The Expertise We’re Looking For
The Actuarial Co-op will work with a team of actuaries and analysts to provide computations and analyses in support of reinsurance administration and risk management for the Fidelity Investments Life Insurance Company, a company with more than $40 billion in insurance liabilities and an integral part of one of the largest financial services firms in the US. We will work with you to develop your financial, business and analytical and communication skills. Career path for candidate leads to an exam-taking actuary on track to achieve the professional designation of Fellow in the Society of Actuaries.

Fidelity Investments Life Insurance Company is a provider of retirement savings, income and protection products with over $40 billion of insurance liabilities. FILI distributes through the Fidelity Insurance Agency and is an integral contributor of customer solutions to the Fidelity Wealth business unit. We currently offer a narrow range of insurance products which are purposefully designed to be simple, easy to understand products which provide a specific value to the customer making our offerings easy to understand and easy to buy. As part of our team, you will help us monitor and manage the balance sheet risks incurred as part of our delivery of the insurance products Fidelity’s customer want and need.

The base salary range for this position is $20 - $32 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
