Brindar soporte al área de Conformal en la ejecución, monitoreo y mejora de los procesos , contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, productividad y seguridad establecidos por la organización.
Apoyar en proyectos de mejora continua enfocados en seguridad, calidad, entrega y costo (SQDC).
Analizar datos de producción, scrap, retrabajos, tiempos muertos y rendimiento para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
Coordinar y dar seguimiento a pruebas de validación de materiales, parámetros de proceso y equipos.
Elaborar reportes técnicos y presentaciones sobre el avance y resultados de los proyectos asignados.
Participar en eventos Kaizen y actividades de mejora continua dentro del área de manufactura.
Actualizar documentación de procesos derivada de las mejoras implementadas, incluyendo instrucciones de trabajo, ayudas visuales y PFMEA cuando sea requerido.
Estudiante activo de Ingeniería Industrial, Mecatrónica, Electrónica, Manufactura, Mecánica o carrera afín. (6to semestre en adelante)
Experiencia en proyectos .(Evidencia de proyectos)
Manejo básico de Microsoft Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse efectivamente.
Inglés básico-intermedio deseable
Estudiante activo de Ingeniería Industrial, Mecatrónica, Electrónica, Manufactura, Mecánica o carrera afín. (6to semestre en adelante)
Experiencia en proyectos .(Evidencia de proyectos).
Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
