What You Will Do
- Lead the engineering team in developing a full-stack solution that integrates advanced robotics and AI technologies.
- Design and implement scalable software architecture using Python and Java to support innovative health solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Drive the development of data-driven insights to enhance patient engagement and health outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–10 years of experience in full-stack engineering with a strong focus on Python and Java.
- Proven track record of leading engineering projects from conception to deployment in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the healthcare, robotics, or AI sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
Preferred
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and data analysis tools.
- Experience in building and scaling health technology solutions.
- Previous startup experience or involvement in venture-backed companies.
Compensation and Benefits
