What to Expect

The Co Executive Chef will support refining and executing the culinary vision across a growing portfolio of corporate cafes, catering, events, and executive dining. This role ensures exceptional quality, consistency, and innovation in every dish served, aligning operational execution with elevated guest expectations. This individual brings a deep understanding of fine dining, culinary artistry, and service excellence, acting as a bridge between culinary creativity and operational consistency.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage culinary programs and non-culinary professionals to achieve results
  • Lead culinary and product development, menu development, and new operating models
  • Maintain maximum productivity and labor costs according to financial requirements, including daily manpower planning and employee retention
  • Ensure quality production standards are followed and that employees adhere to HACCP, FDA, and safety regulations in compliance with company policies
  • Oversee menu design and updates in line with food trends, internal data, cost of goods, and popularity
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards across all hospitality areas, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and operational excellence

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of high-volume food & beverage experience in a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Food Manager Certification
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to direct and motivate staff to deliver excellent service
  • Experience working in time-critical, fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Degree in Culinary Arts, or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of financial concepts and cost management

Expected Compensation

$76,000 - $192,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
