Version 1’s Co-Creation Studio in Dublin is a dedicated, AI-infused space where clients come to work through real problems, define what good looks like, and leave with something they can act on. In hours, not weeks.
This is not a meeting room. Before clients arrive, the team has already researched their sector and framed the challenge. In the session, AI avatars contribute tailored input in real time, the conversation is captured and built on as it happens, and groups finish with wireframes and working prototypes. They do not sit through a presentation. They build something.
Sessions run half-day or full-day. The Studio Lead is accountable for coordinating the work from first client call to post-session artefacts and hand-off. This is a hands-on delivery role. You will be the main facilitator and day-to-day client contact for the Studio, reporting to the Co-Creation Director.
