We’re on the lookout for a full-time Co-Agent to join the highly successful Scott Moon and his team, based at our Kent Town office.

What your day will look like:

• Assisting with daily prospecting, attending open inspections, management of listings and sales
• Database management and generation of appraisal leads
• Supporting high-level property campaigns and delivering standout service that reflects Scott’s brand
• Administration tasks such as diary management, vendor and buyer communication, and project management
• Meeting individual and team KPI’s and budgets
• Exceptional customer service and client management

Who you are:

• A current Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate (essential)
• Experience in CRM systems (preferably Agent Box)
• High level of customer service
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistent high attention to detail
• Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
• An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
