We’re on the lookout for a driven, full-time Co-Agent to join Marco Wenzel and the Wenzel team at our coastal Glenelg office. This is a genuine pathway to becoming a high-performing listing and selling agent within a structured, relationship-driven business, with Marco’s support behind you every step of the way!

What your day will look like:

• Assisting with daily prospecting, attending open inspections, management of listings and sales
• Database management and generation of appraisal leads
• Supporting high-level property campaigns and delivering standout service that reflects Marco’s brand
• Administration tasks such as diary management, vendor and buyer communication, and project management
• Meeting individual and team KPIs and budgets
• Exceptional customer service and client management

Who you are:

• Hold a current Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate (essential)
• Experience in CRM systems (preferably Agent Box)
• High level of customer service
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistent high attention to detail
• Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
• An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
