We are currently searching for a Co-Agent to work within the Dorman team based at our coastal Glenelg office! Karen’s love and knowledge of all things Adelaide and its surrounding suburbs are only matched by her innate passion for people. She cares deeply about her clients, making them feel comfortable, constantly keeping them informed, and always with their best interests at heart. Now we’re looking for a like minded individual to join her team!

What your day will look like:

• Assisting with daily prospecting, attending open inspections, management of listings and sales
• Administration tasks such as diary management, vendor and buyer communication, and project management
• Prepare appraisals, CMA and selling proposals
• Communicating with and managing vendors and buyers
• Operational management of the Dorman team
• Exceptional client service and management

Who you are:

• Current Sales Representative Licence and available to work Saturdays
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
• An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
• Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
