Sofidel America of Duncan is currently seeking a Converting Shift Supervisor. We are searching for a candidate who is local to the area and is looking for a long-term role in a stable environment. Your expertise will make you an important part of our team!
The Shift Supervisor will assume responsibility for a designated group of employees, providing support, direction, and enforcing work standards. This individual will supervise the converting department activities, including setting up materials for work orders, assigning production orders to production lines, and organizing converting areas to maintain production, all while adhering to existing policies and precedence.
