A unit based role that provides leadership in clinical practice, education, professional development and research utilization for patient care staff. Works collaboratively as a leadership partner with the Patient Care Manager and supervisors to assure excellent nursing care for children and families. Masters degree in nursing required. Experience in program development helpful. Preference given to those with education and practice experience in pediatric acute care.
