What You'll Do
 Welcome every customer with a friendly smile and provide exceptional service.
 Listen to customers' needs and recommend the right products and solutions.
 Build relationships by sharing product knowledge and project advice.
 Process sales, special orders, and customer inquiries accurately.
 Stock merchandise, replenish shelves, and create attractive product displays.
 Keep your department clean, organized, and ready for business.
 Assist customers with loading purchases when needed.
 Support inventory accuracy through stocking and cycle counts.
 Stay informed on new products, promotions, and seasonal merchandise.
 Work as part of a team to create an outstanding shopping experience every day.
What We're Looking For
 A positive attitude and passion for helping others.
 Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
 Basic knowledge of hardware, building materials, or home improvement products is a
plus.
 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 Comfortable using computers, point-of-sale systems, phones, and email.
 Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely on ladders and around merchandise.
 High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
