About the job

Responsible for coordinating daily plant operations and supervising shift operators, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant plant performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate daily plant operations

  • Supervise shift operators

  • Ensure compressors and gas handling systems operate within safe limits.

  • Monitor plant performance and optimizing efficiency

  • Ensure operational logs and shift reports are accurately maintained.

  • Implement operational procedures and permit-to-work systems.

  • Escalate operational anomalies and initiate immediate corrective actions.

Direct Reports

  • Plant Operators

  • Security Officers


Requirements


  • 5+ years experience in gas, energy, or industrial plant operations.

  • Knowledge of CNG compression systems, Gas pressure control systems and Industrial plant operations

  • Knowledge of Safety, HSE & Emergency Response

  • Operational level knowledge of Regulations & Compliance

  • Ability to handle incidents and nar-misses
