CNC Vipros Operator Tatamy, PA | 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 aM – 2:30 PM)

We’re seeking a 1st Shift CNC Vipros Operator to join our team! This hands-on role offers the opportunity to operate and maintain CNC turret punch equipment to support production goals while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in a clean, well-organized manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do As a CNC Vipros Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating CNC Vipros (turret punch) equipment to produce metal components
• Loading and unloading materials and finished parts
• Monitoring machine performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Performing routine preventive maintenance and basic machine adjustments
• Inspecting parts to ensure quality and specification compliance
• Logging production data, machine readings, and work performed
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and workflow
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience operating CNC machines or in manufacturing/plant operations
• Familiarity with shop tools, measuring devices, and production equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physical demands of a manufacturing environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
