As a CNC Technology Department Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and developing CNC machining technologies, driving manufacturing excellence, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. You will lead a team of technology professionals, oversee new product introductions, and ensure the effective utilization of advanced CNC manufacturing capabilities. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead and develop the CNC Technology team, ensuring the delivery of robust, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
• Define technological development strategies within the CNC machining area, identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation.
• Manage and oversee investment projects related to CNC equipment, manufacturing technologies, automation, and robotics implementation.
• Support the introduction of new products by supervising technology development, manufacturing feasibility assessments, and cost calculations for strategic projects.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful implementation of manufacturing solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, machine utilization, manufacturing costs, and operational performance.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of technological data within ERP and related manufacturing systems, including routings, standards, and process documentation.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including OEE, manufacturing efficiency, and technology-related business metrics.
• Support root cause investigations and complex quality improvement activities, ensuring sustainable corrective actions and process standardization.
• Build organizational capability through talent development, coaching, recruitment, and succession planning within the CNC Technology team.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience within Manufacturing Engineering, CNC Technology, or a related production environment.
• Proven experience managing CNC machining technologies in a manufacturing organization with a diverse machine portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, CAD/CAM systems, tooling, and manufacturing technologies.
• Experience working with ERP and/or MES systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing cost calculations, OEE monitoring, and investment project evaluation.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, enabling effective communication in an international business environment.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience managing technology teams within a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Proven success in introducing new manufacturing technologies and managing capital investment projects.
• Certification or practical experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management methodologies.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operational, technical, and financial objectives.
• Experience supporting complex customer requirements and advanced product introduction projects.
