The Role:

負責CNC加工設備之操作、設定與基本維護，確保產品依圖面及規範加工完成，並符合品質與交期要求。

Responsible for CNC machine operation, setup, and basic maintenance to ensure products are manufactured according to drawings and specifications while meeting quality and delivery targets.

In this role you will:

• 操作CNC機台（如車床、銑床）進行產品加工Operate CNC machines (lathe, milling) for part production

• 依照圖面與製程條件進行機台設定與程式調整Set up machines and adjust programs based on drawings and process requirements

• 進行首件確認與製程中自主檢驗（尺寸量測）Perform first article inspection and in-process measurements

• 維持加工品質並即時進行異常回報與問題排除Maintain machining quality and report/resolve abnormalities

• 配合生產排程完成工單並確保交期Follow production schedule to meet delivery timelines

• 執行機台日常保養與5S/6S現場管理Conduct daily machine maintenance and maintain 5S/6S standards

• 配合主管指示執行其他相關工作Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
  

• 遵循工廠6S管理與環境安全衛生規範，並即時回報異常狀況Comply withfactory 6S management and EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety)standards, andpromptly report any abnormalities.

• 出勤時間：四班二輪班(08:00- 200020:00-08:00)Working hours:4B2Rshift (08:00-20:00/20:00-08:00).

• 執行主管交辦之其他工作任務或事項Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervisors.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• 高中職以上（機械相關科系佳）
  High school diploma or above (Mechanical background preferred)

• 具CNC加工相關經驗（1–3年以上尤佳）
  1–3 years CNC machining experience preferred

• 可看懂機械圖面（2D/3D）
  Ability to read mechanical drawings

• 熟悉量測工具（游標卡尺、分厘卡等）
  Familiar with measuring tools (caliper, micrometer)

• 具備基本程式概念（如G code/M code尤佳）
  Basic knowledge of CNC programming is a plus

• 具責任感、細心且能配合輪班加班
  Responsible, detail-oriented, and flexible for shift/overtime

• 有CNC證照或相關技能檢定者佳
  CNC certification is a plus
