Job Description

Our client is one of the world's largest manufacturers of plastic injection molding machines and industrial machinery. Established to support the growing Southeast Asian market, the company specializes in machinery sales, technical support, after-sales services, and smart manufacturing solutions. Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, alignment, and commissioning of CNC machines.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or control issues in CNC machines.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services during and after the warranty period.
  • Assist the warehouse team with outbound shipment preparations of CNC machines and accessories.
  • Organize and manage shipping documents including delivery orders, acceptance forms, and inspection reports.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and engineering) to ensure smooth after-sales operations.
  • Prepare and submit service reports and feedback to the service manager.
  • Provide on-site training and basic machine operation guidance to customers when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CNC machine installation or service.
  • Familiarity with CNC control systems.
  • Willing to take business trips.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
