Our award-winning client is seeking a CNC Sales Manager to join their team.As CNC Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our success, guiding customers from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team, ensuring efficient equipment selection and smooth order handoff.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our reach and market share.
Coach and motivate your team to consistently exceed sales targets.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers and vendors for optimal satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in the machine tool industry, ideally with both technical and sales expertise.
Proven success in capital equipment sales, application engineering, or manufacturing design.
A passion for CNC machine tools and a deep understanding of their capabilities.
Bachelor's degree required, with a general understanding of accounting a plus.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com.
Travel: Up to 50% within New England territory.
