Our award-winning client is seeking a CNC Machine Tool Sales Manager to join their team.Lead a dynamic team of Capital Account Managers in the exciting world of CNC machine tools! As the CNC Machine Tool Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team, and driving growth across assigned accounts and territories.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a culture of excellence by leading and mentoring a team of Capital Account Managers (details provided upon hire).
• Develop and implement winning sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts within your territory.
• Motivate and coach your team, providing regular feedback and guidance to enhance their selling skills and ensure achievement of set goals.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and vendors, prioritizing exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Manage territory sales activity and commission reports, ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM system.
• Work seamlessly with internal departments (Productivity, Engineering Service) to deliver a top-notch customer experience.
• Stay ahead of the curve by attending industry workshops, reading publications, and actively participating in professional networks.
• Extensive travel throughout the assigned territory is required (details provided upon hire).

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the CNC machine tool industry or related capital equipment sector.
• Proven track record of successfully coaching and mentoring technical sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of supplier relationship management, sales processes, and customer/market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com (or similar CRM system).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
