Screw Machine Operator

We’re looking for a skilled Screw Machine Operator who takes pride in precision work and consistency on the shop floor.

What you’ll do:

• Set up and operate automatic screw machines to produce precision metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and production specifications
• Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy
• Use measuring tools to inspect parts and ensure tight tolerances
• Perform routine checks to keep equipment running efficiently
• Track production output and maintain basic job records

What we’re looking for:

• Experience operating screw (or Swiss) machines or similar CNC/precision equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a production environment
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
• Dependable, steady, and focused on doing the job right the first time
