Job Description

We are hiring a senior-level Advanced CNC & Multi-Process Programmer / Operator to support a high-precision, multi-axis production environment. This role programs, sets up, and operates complex CNC turn-mill systems, EDM equipment, and overmold machinery.

This is built for a hands-on expert in multi-spindle or multi-path CNC who wants to take ownership of a diverse, high-precision manufacturing workflow.

What You Will Do

Program & Setup

• Write and edit multi-channel G-code and M-code using CAM software or machine interfaces
• Set up and validate complex multi-axis CNC machining programs

Multi-Process Manufacturing

• Operate multi-axis CNC turn-mill systems, EDM (Wire/Sinker), and overmold equipment
• Support a cross-functional, multi-process production environment

Materials & Machining

• Machine precision components in brass, aluminum, steel, carbide, and stainless steel
• Maintain high-quality output across varied and challenging materials

Troubleshooting & Optimization

• Adjust offsets and tooling to improve performance and tool life
• Reduce cycle times while maintaining precision on complex setups
• Solve production issues in real time

Quality & Inspection

• Maintain tight tolerances
• Use micrometers, calipers, and SPC charts to validate quality standards

What You Need to Succeed

• 5+ years programming and operating complex multi-axis, multi-spindle, or multi-channel CNC equipment
