Our award-winning client is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team. Are you a highly skilled CNC Programmer with experience bringing complex parts to life? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing company and play a key role in their advanced machining operations!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CNC programs for multi-axis machines, ensuring efficient and accurate production.

• Analyze complex part designs and translate them into detailed CNC code.

• Optimize cutting paths to maximize machine efficiency and part quality.

• Troubleshoot any programming issues and ensure the smooth operation of CNC machines.

• Maintain accurate and organized program documentation.

• (Bonus points!) Experience with Esprit programming software is a huge plus, but not mandatory.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer.

• Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and G-code programming.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
