Your Role on Our Team:
The CNC Operator is responsible for producing machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine.
You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
· Operate multiple CNC and manual machining equipment and workstations (50%)
· Load/unload/inspect components to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) by use of proper gaging equipment (40%)
· Make offsets and adjustments as required (20%)
· Independently adjust and maintain part specifications and replenish component components (10%)
· Inform Facilitator or Department Manager about processes or equipment requiring attention (10%)
· Complete documentation as required or requested (10%)
· Participate in completion of continuous improvement projects specifically designed to improve processes, productivity, and quality, especially those related to corrective actions (10%)
· Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area (10%)
· Practice 5Ss (5%)

· Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
· Proficient problem solving and analytical skills
