CNC Operator – High-Quality Production | Brand-New Facility & New CNC Machines

We’re growing fast and expanding our manufacturing capability. We’re looking for skilled CNC Operators to join our team. With two brand-new CNC machines and a new purpose-built manufacturing facility, this is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and contribute directly to our next stage of business growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Operating CNC and plot cutter machinery to produce high-quality components within short lead times
• Programming CNC machines using a range of software platforms
• Performing routine machine checks and basic maintenance
• Working collaboratively within a tight-knit team focused on continuous improvement
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience operating CNC machinery
• Strong technical capability, particularly in CNC programming and software
• Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and maintain consistent throughput
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment
• A team-player mindset – reliable, proactive, and supportive of others
