About the Role

We are looking for skilled CNC Operators to join our team in Tananger, Norway. In this role, you will work with machining and repair of oil-related tubular parts, contributing to both maintenance and new production. The position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality delivery and operational efficiency while supporting the transition from temporary to permanent workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes (Okuma or Poreba with Siemens control systems)
• Perform repair of oil threads (API, GP, VAM)
• Execute new production of oil-related components
• Measure and document produced parts to ensure quality standards

Additional Responsibilities:

• Follow HSE guidelines and company procedures
• Interpret technical drawings and use measuring tools
• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient production

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Qualifications:

• Trade certificate (Fagbrev) as a CNC Operator or equivalent experience
• Experience in CNC machining
• Ability to work independently based on instructions, as well as in a team
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Understanding of technical drawings and measuring tools
• Focus on HSE and quality

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Okuma machines or Siemens control systems
• Broad machining experience
• Forklift license (T1–T4)
• Crane certificate (G4)
• Good IT skills
