The Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems and componentsThis role demands precision, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine machining process

• Capable of carrying out the job settings and machining

• Monitor machining operations to ensure quality parts are produced

• CNC Programming knowledge is desired

• Usage of precision measuring instruments to perform tasks

• Inspect and test Machined and assembled parts for accuracy and functionality

• Perform routine machine maintenance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve technical issues

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials use

Qualifications and Experience Essential

• Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machine trades preferred.

• Proven experience as a machinist in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

• Proficiency in using measuring instruments

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.

• Ability to work Independently & as a part of team

• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures.

• Machining

• Equipment Maintenance

• Trouble shooting

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel objects, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, talk and hear.

• Specific vision abilities required for the job include close vision, distance vision, colour vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

• Occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
