*This position is onsite 5 days per week Monday -Friday
Hours will be 3:30pm-1:00am
The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision parts. This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring first-piece and in-process inspections are completed, and troubleshooting issues to make continuous improvements. The machinist will assist in root cause analysis to resolve problems, while also training and mentoring machine operators as needed. Maintenance of tooling and equipment, along with completing required daily documentation, is essential. The CNC Setup Machinist will ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly adhered to, reporting any infractions or concerns to management. This position may also include performing other related tasks as assigned to support production goals and overall efficiency.
