is currently seeking a skilled
CNC Onsrud Router Table Operator
(Programmer)

to work in our
Apopka, FL

headquarters and
production facility.


Position Summary:


We are seeking an experienced
CNC Onsrud Router Table
Operator / Programmer

to join our production team. This role is responsible
for programming, setting up, and operating CNC router equipment (Onsrud) to
produce high-quality parts efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate has
strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work
independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
When not operating the CNC router Table,
you will join the inventory control Team to assist with cycle counts.


Essential Functions:


  • Set
    up and operate CNC router machines to produce parts to specification

  • Interpret
    blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

  • Select
    appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials

  • Perform
    machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance

  • Inspect
    finished parts to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met

  • Troubleshoot
    programming and machining issues to minimize downtime

  • Maintain
    a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Collaborate
    with engineering and production teams to improve processes

  • Ability
    to Program CNC Onsrud router tables using appropriate CAD/CAM software a plus


Desired Qualification Requirements

:


  • 2+
    years of experience operating and programming CNC router tables (Onsrud
    preferred)

  • Proficiency
    in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, EnRoute, AlphaCAM, or similar)

  • Ability
    to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Strong
    understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials (wood, plastics,
    composites, or metals)

  • Experience
    with G-code editing and optimization a plus

  • High
    attention to detail and quality control

  • Strong interpersonal,
    communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prepare
    compelling presentations.

  • Ability to communicate
    effectively in written and verbal formats including individually and in
    group settings.

  • Excellent computer skills with
    knowledge of Microsoft office products, with advanced Excel skills.

  • Ability to read, write, and
    speak English (though bilingual English/Spanish a plus).


Physical Requirements:


This is primarily a Shop or
Field Jobsite job.
You must be able to
lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for
several hours at a time.

You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and
lift as required by the job

, be able to respond quickly to sounds, see
and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective
gear.
