CNC Miller / CNC Turner (Allround Machinist)

As a CNC Specialist, you will work at the absolute core of our high-tech production facility.

Coronam specializes in high-precision, small-series manufacturing and prototyping, meaning no two days are ever the same. You will work across a diverse fleet of modern machinery utilizing Fanuc, Siemens, or Mazatrol control systems. You will program the machines independently, and we will train you to master the tight tolerances required for the demanding automotive and semiconductor industries. Additionally, you will manage your own quality control, allowing you to take true ownership of the precision components you create.

Every day starts with a brief team kick-off, ensuring clear alignment on schedules and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve our production targets together.

Requirements

The ideal profile of our CNC Specialist:

• Experience: You possess hands-on experience programming and operating CNC milling machines or lathes. Because we house a broad scope of machinery, we will adapt the role to find the perfect fit for your specific technical background.

• Mindset: You work with high precision and are naturally detail-oriented.

• Language: You speak fluent English and are motivated to learn Dutch to a basic conversational/social level.

• Work Authorization: You hold a valid EU passport or a pre-existing permit to work in The Netherlands (please note: we cannot provide IND highly skilled migrant certification or sponsorship).

• Location: You live within a 45-minute commute from Zaandam and are looking for a stable, long-term commitment.

• Salary: A competitive monthly salary ranging between €3,000 and €4,500 gross, strictly tailored to your skills and experience.

• Time Off: 25 days of annual leave plus an additional 6.5 ADV days (reduction of working hours) per year.
