
A well-established precision engineering company is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join their manufacturing team.
The business produces high-precision components for technically demanding industries and operates a modern, well-equipped machine shop.
This role will involve programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines, producing complex components to tight tolerances while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Role: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Oxfordshire, commutable from Oxford, Didcot, Abingdon, Witney, Banbury & Swindon

Responsibilities
· Program, set and operate CNC milling machines.
· Manufacture precision components from engineering drawings.
· Produce components to tight tolerances.
· Create tooling layouts and setup documentation.
· Inspect completed components using measurement equipment.
· Maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
· Support continuous improvement within the machine shop.

Requirements
· Proven experience programming and operating CNC milling machines.
· Experience with 3, 4 or 5-axis machining.
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
· Experience producing parts to tight tolerances.
· Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
· Positive and reliable approach to work.
Desirable:
· Experience with Heidenhain or Fanuc controls.
· Experience machining larger or complex components.
