The focus of this role is to set up and operate CNC Mill-Turn machines/fixtures, maintain quality and safety standards, keep records, and maintain equipment and supplies to manufacture machined parts with a strong focus on new product launch and prove out as well as continuous improvement projects for existing product lines.
Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.

This idea gave birth to the product that launched Diamondback into the firearms industry, the DB380. As one of the most compact .380s on the market and coming in at an unbeatable value, we made our mark in the industry. Since then, we have grown to become a family of 7 companies and brands with over 250 passionate employees dedicated to creating quality products that will be distributed worldwide, from right here in Cocoa, Florida.
